"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Grrrr. I'm having writer's block even though I'm in a writing mood!!! Plus I have so many stories I'm working on I don't know what to do! I have about eight Marauder fanfics, two Trinity Blood fanfics, plus a few originals!!! I start working on one but then can't think of what to write!!! ARGH! Well that's just great... *sigh*
